Energy Breaker (English Translation)

Description

Important: This patch doesn't work on a real system, bsnes, and crashes early in other emulators. It's included simply to inspire someone to finish this correctly.

The Energy Breaker translation is the result of 5 long years. The end is in sight now with skilled and professional translators putting the finishing touches to a mostly-complete script. Hacking work is also near-completion with only a few menus left to put in order.
